Halle Berry just celebrated her 57th birthday in Barbie style, as she showcased pics of her celebration with rare pictures of her daughter, Nahla, and boyfriend Van Hunt.
Since welcoming daughter Nahla in 2008, Halle has barely posted pictures of her on social media, however, it seems like she’s changed that to celebrate her epic birthday, as she posted her Barbie-themed celebrations over on the ‘gram.
Halle Berry celebrates birthday with ‘not so mini me’
Taking to her 8.5 million Instagram followers, the newly turned 57-year-old strutted down the street in a dainty pink dress, which she paired with sparkly pink cowboy boots and a heart-shaped bag, as she enjoyed her day out at the World of Barbie.
The trio all stuck to the pink Barbie theme, as Halle’s 15-year-old daughter, who she shares with ex Gabriel Aubrey, towered over her mother in her Barbie pink heels. She wore a short corset dress, and showed off her red hair, as she had her back to the camera.
Halle’s partner, music star Van Hunt, wore a pink T-Shirt and an epic pink teddy bear backpack.
In the caption of the post, the star wrote: “My mini me (but not so mini anymore) and my VanO took me to the World of Barbie for my B-day! I got to let my inner Barbie soar!!!! I love you guys …thank you! And….I highly recommend it.”
Fans can’t get over how tall Nahla has gotten
Halle’s fans and celebrity friends rushed to the comments to wish her a Happy Birthday, as others couldn’t believe how tall her 15-year-old had gotten.
“Happiest of birthdays to you Queen!!…dang your daughter got really tall!” exclaimed one fan.
“She’s so tall!!!” wrote Hollywood actress Julianne Moore.
“Happy birthday beautiful Halle!” penned Kimora Lee Simmons.
Nahala?! She’s taller than her mother!” exclaimed one shocked fan.
Halle Berry and Van Hunt’s relationship explored
The pair got to know each other over quarantine in 2020, and in July of that year, they shared their first snap together as a couple.
Halle and her Grammy Award-winning boyfriend then made their red carpet debut in 2021, at the Academy Awards.
The pair aren’t engaged or married yet, however, they did make a joke on social media, and cleared up the antics by saying they were “just having some New Year’s Day fun!”
